What kind of packaging do you use for your meal prep?
We use 100% compostable packaging for all our meal prep deliveries. Our packaging completely biodegrades within 90 days. Our food is good for you and our packaging is good for our environment.
When do I need to get my order in so that I receive my delivery at the start of the week?
Ongoing Subscriptions or Introductory Trial orders must be in by Friday at 4pm EST to guarantee delivery for the following Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday (dependent on shipping location). We will attempt to fulfill orders after the cutoff time for Sunday, but it is not guaranteed.
What are the delivery areas, times and costs?
Delivery NJ: Available to Passaic, Bergen, Somerset, Monmouth, Essex, Union, Morris, Middlesex and Hudson Counties for $10.00. Scheduled times for delivery are Sunday between 8AM – 5PM. We also overnight FedEx to other counties in NJ for $20.00. This option ships on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
Delivery NY: available to Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island. NYC delivery is $14.99. We deliver to the Bronx and Long Island via FedEx overnight delivery for $20.00. Times for NYC deliveries are scheduled Sunday from 8AM – 5PM. Overnight deliveries to the Bronx and Long Island ship on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Is there anything I need to do with my meal prior to eating it?
The only thing you need to do is warm your food up and enjoy! Salads can be served cold.
What if I have food allergies?
We can accommodate all food allergens. Let us know what your allergens are when you place your order or let us know at our contact page and we will modify your meals as requested.
What if I have an issue with my order once I receive it?
